Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Sales and Orders

Tickets for In Extase are exclusively available through the official ticket shop. When ordering a ticket, the visitor is required to provide accurate and complete information. By completing the order, the visitor agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Any service or administrative fees applicable to the order will be clearly stated during the purchase process.

After successful payment, the visitor will receive the ticket by email. Tickets are personal but may be transferred, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.


2. Changes, Rescheduling or Cancellation of the Event

The organization reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event in cases of force majeure, safety concerns, government measures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If no replacement date is set, the organization will inform visitors in a timely manner and communicate which procedure will apply.


3. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data provided during the ordering process will be used solely for processing the order, communication about the event, and internal analysis to improve services.

In Extase handles personal data with care and confidentiality. Data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without a legal basis.


4. Admission and Identification

Access to the event is only permitted with a valid ticket, which will be scanned upon entry.

No entry will be granted without a valid ticket. Visitors must be able to present a valid form of identification upon request by the organization or security. If a visitor is unable to provide valid identification, access may be denied or the visitor may be removed from the event.

The event is strictly accessible to persons aged 18 and over.


5. House Rules, Conduct and Instructions

Visitors are required to respect the house rules of both In Extase and the event venue and must immediately follow all instructions given by the organization, security staff, and other personnel.

The organization reserves the right to address visitors at any time regarding behavior that negatively affects the safety, atmosphere, or orderly conduct of the event. The organization may refuse entry to persons who, in its reasonable opinion, are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol if this could affect the safety, order, or atmosphere of the event.

In the event of violations of the house rules, inappropriate behavior, intimidation, discrimination, aggression, or other disturbances, the organization may take appropriate measures, including refusing entry or removing visitors from the event.


6. No Refunds in Case of Denial or Removal

If a visitor is denied entry or removed from the event based on these terms and conditions, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price or any additional costs.


7. Photo, Video and Audio Recordings by Visitors

Making professional photo, video, or audio recordings during the event is only permitted with prior written consent from the organization.

Visitors may take photos and videos with a smartphone for personal use, provided this is done respectfully and the privacy of others is respected. It is not permitted to use, distribute, or otherwise exploit image or audio material commercially without permission.


8. Intellectual Property and Promotional Material

Without the prior written consent of the organization, no part of the texts, designs, posters, promotional materials, or other In Extase materials may be copied, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes.


9. Liability

The organization of In Extase is not liable for loss, theft, disappearance, or damage to visitors’ personal belongings, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the organization.


10. Damage and Costs

Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause to the property of the organization, the venue, other visitors, or third parties. The organization reserves the right to recover demonstrable damages, costs, or losses from the responsible party.


11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and all agreements relating to In Extase are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the event shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
